Like traditional press release writing, your PR writing still needs to be newsworthy, compelling to the reader, and tight. You should be very familiar with the standards of news writing. Enthymeme is a persuasive argument based on an implied, rather than explicit, premise. It relies on the audience's memory to be meaningful. Enthymemes are effective because they invite the audience to participate in drawing their own conclusions.

Fun Fact: Meme is a term originally coined by Richard Dawkins based on the french word "meme" meaning memory. He used it to refer to a process of genetic replication that relies on genetic memory.
